Executive Board meetings: 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
General chapter meetings: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Policy and Procedures

•  Attendance at every meeting is mandatory.
  
•  If you are unable to attend a meeting, an excused absence must be cleared with the Secretary at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
•  In absentia requests within twenty-four (24) hours of a meeting must be cleared by the President.
•  Requests for an entire quarter excusal due to a scheduling conflict must be cleared by the President prior to the quarter’s commencement.
•  One (1) excused meeting hour must be fulfilled by completing one (1) hour of community service.
•  Three (3) unexcused absences will jeopardize membership.
