Participation Policy
Membership in this Chapter requires active involvement! Therefore, in order for you to remain in good standing, you must meet the Chapter’s requirements (as outlined below) for participation. If the minimum requirements below are not completed, national and chapter membership will be revoked.
Meetings
Quarterly Minimum Requirement: Five (5) hours
Attendance at each general meeting is mandatory. If you are unable to attend a meeting, you must follow the procedures as provided in Article X, Section 5, of the Chapter’s Constitution.
Community Service
Quarterly Minimum Requirement: Ten (10) hours
At least two (2) of the ten required hours must be fulfilled by attending a service event organized by the Chapter.
Programming
Quarterly Minimum Requirement: Five (5) hours
Programming includes social events, fundraising events, and other special projects or events organized by the Chapter.
At least two (2) of the five required hours must be fulfilled by attending a social event organized by the Chapter.
At least one (1) of the five required hours must be fulfilled by attending a fundraising event organized by the Chapter.

In addition to the participation policy, all members must:
- Fulfill the duties of their respective committee or position.
- Be involved in Mortar Board Week events.
- Participate in the selection and tapping of new members.
